Users who allowed location data to be collected from their mobile device can also authorize Vites to share it with the Driving Partner from the time they request the ride until it starts. This can help improve travel starts, both for Driver Partners and users, particularly in crowded areas.
Users can enable or disable this feature through the Privacy Settings menu in the Vites app.

• Data shared with the emergency service (users)

Users who allowed Vites to collect location data from their mobile device can also activate the emergency data exchange feature that shares details with the police, fire and ambulance services. After each ride, Driver Partners and users can rate each other on a scale of 1-5. The average of these ratings is associated with a user's account and is shown to the people to whom they are provided or who receive services. For example, Driver Partners can see the ratings of users who request a ride, and vice versa.
